THE RIGHT ATTITUDE
At Meme's the first and only rule is that if you laugh at someone who is not laughing at themselves you will be asked to leave. We aim to provide a judgement free approach to open the doors to this exciting new dance sport regardless of age, gender, shape or size.
Contrary to popular belief pole dancing is not for people wanting to be industry professionals. It is for people who want to try something new, see themselves differently, activate or harness a little bit of self empowerment, make friends and have a good time. Most people don't feel entirely comfortable in their own skin and we understand real women and their sensitivities.
Women are very hard on themselves. This is why at Princess MeMe’s we don’t allow negative self talk. If you aren’t comfortable with yourself, pole dancing might be just the thing you need to see yourself in a different light. Physically you can expect to improve your strength and body image. Along the way we hope that you also find a new level of confidence, a sense of achievement and improve your sense of self worth.
