BEGINNERS
A six week introductory course where you will learn basic body movement, footwork and acrobatics. Perfect for non dancers as at this level the dancing is kept to a minimum. The objective is to learn the basic moves and to start you moving around the pole. There are no physical requirements or prerequisites. This class is for everyone with an interest in pole.

BEGINTERMEDIATE
An eight week follow on course. It is designed to introduce you to more complex foot work and start you moving confidently and freely around your pole. Uses beginner’s acrobatics and footwork to start move sequencing. Start intermediate acrobatics. Includes strength and conditioning components. Must have beginner’s competency.

INTERMEDIATE
An eight week follow on course. Designed to use all of your pole components to form free style dances. Aimed at perfecting our intermediate acrobatics, while encouraging individual style. We learn more complex acrobatics and their variations. Focus on footwork/acro sequencing.

ADVANCED
An eight week ongoing course for dedicated pole lovers. Complex move sequences and acrobatics. At this stage movement should be fluid and confident, acrobatic sequences are involved often with inverted components. Not for the faint hearted! A focus on developing personal style and expression.

CHOREOGRAPHY
Must have beginner’s competency. A week by week course that uses beginner’s footwork, body movement and acrobatics to build routines. Highly recommended as a way of practicing and perfecting your move sequences. A great workout. Taught by the very beautiful Emma.

STRETCH AND STRENGTH
No competency required. A class for everybody! Designed to help you gain the strength and flexibility you need to get you dancing. Focus on ab strength and lower body flexibility. We tailor the class to your specific requirements. Very complimentary to any pole course.

MUMS & BUBS
A weekday beginners class where we provide baby sitting. Leave the kids in our Kiddie Zone with our baby sitter, while you have some time for yourself. Child minding is free of charge in order to encourage mums of young kids to come and try their hand at pole dancing and meet other mums from your local area. What are you waiting for? (Subject to demand)
